The Director, Global Change Management Consultant - Human Resources is responsible for overseeing organizational change management and change adoption activities on high impact strategic initiatives including an enterprise-wide Business Transformation project, the implementation and launch of SAP S4 HANA. The individual is responsible for owning change methodology, leading change efforts directly and through partnership with others and ensuring change readiness through mindset and skill development across the globe. The position will be responsible for leading the change management aspects transforming Axalta’s business operations through global standardization of business processes across regions and business units. Critical to success will be the ability to work across all levels of the organization and the development of effective working relationships with the Axalta Leadership Team, project teams, communications and Human Resources. During the S4 HANA transformation, the Director, Global Business Change Management will drive global inclusion and engagement during design and lead the change management charge during deployment. This will require creating and deploying a change management strategy along with best practices and processes to build capability within the organization that will shepherd and govern change long-term. The position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and indirectly to the Chief Information Officer as well as partner closely with the Human Resources team. The Americas Senior Financial Analyst – Operations will report directly to the Americas Cost Director, with dotted line reporting to the Operations Director. The Americas Senior Financial Analyst – Operations is responsible for all aspects of internal management reporting, planning and forecasting within the Americas Region for Operations and serves as the trusted partner to the Americas Operations Leadership. This position will primarily support the Senior Manager, Tax Planning with respect to various tax planning projects and will also have a role in supporting the Director, Transfer Pricing with respect to transfer pricing initiatives by contributing to the development and implementation of tax planning and transfer pricing projects and assisting with transfer pricing compliance requirements. - Collaborate with all functions to ensure tax reporting /compliance, accounting, and controversy aspects are appropriately assessed and documented. - Assist with the research, calculation, and documentation of transactions and assigned projects for proper application of US federal and international tax laws, as well as assist in the identification of potential areas of exposure globally. - Assist with the identification and execution of tax and transfer pricing strategies in conjunction with ongoing business activities as well as with respect to new business initiatives across all business operations and geographies. This includes, for example, providing Federal tax law information and interpretations by researching codes, rules and regulations to provide advice on technical tax ramifications.- Support planning, modeling and evaluation of global tax implications of dividend and cash repatriation plans. There are two direct reports under this position. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop or improve dispersion process technologies and advance fundamental understanding of dispersion processes in support of Axalta’s growth and improvement initiatives. The focus will be on dispersion process development, scale-up and manufacturing support. The Wood Coatings division manufactures technology leading OEM & distribution coatings for the global furniture, cabinetry, flooring and building products markets. The HSE Coordinator role reports to the Cornwall Plant Manager. This position is responsible for the leadership, management and implementation of all regulatory compliance, injury and fire prevention, and industrial hygiene initiatives for our Cornwall Wood operations. These operations span across manufacturing and warehousing facilities, research laboratories, and color/design studios. - To support PSM and RC14001 programs - will provide in depth expertise on safety, health and environment to line management. - Set standards, compiles reports and submit to various regulatory agencies. - Provide technical and regulatory EHS guidance for programs including non-hazardous, bio-hazardous and hazardous waste, wastewater management, air emissions, hazard communication, bio-safety, injury and illness prevention, chemical hygiene, industrial hygiene, lab safety, emergency preparedness, facilities / contractor safety, and pollution prevention- Develop, implement, deliver and track effective training programs- Lead job hazard analysis assessments and new equipment and / or process safety reviews. Position Summary: The Production Associate will support manufacturing and distribution operations for our world-class coating solutions. Will be trained in all facets of production (pre-mixing and material loading for batches, filling product into shipping containers, distribution, testing, sampling, and cleaning. Will operate production equipment safely to ensure the highest quality and correct quantity in accordance with production schedule, standard operating procedures and supervisory instructions. Will operate various types of equipment to include but not limited to: labeler, filler machines, air pumps, high speed dispersers, air mixers, and weight scales. As the Indirect Procurement S/4 HANA Transformation Lead you will head up the design, implement and deploy Source to Pay processes specifically as they relate to Indirect Procurement using SAP Ariba On-Demand solutions, both Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, etc.) and Downstream (Ariba Buy, Ariba Invoicing, Ariba Guided Buying, etc.) and will act as a key member of the larger, S/4 HAHA Transformation Project across Axalta. In this role you will have the following responsibilities: Combine deep Indirect Procurement and Source to Pay process expertise with high level knowledge of Ariba applications to articulate and present Axalta’s procurement processes and solutions at the executive program governance level. Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting health and safety risk control and regulatory compliance for the Houston Site. Key professional requirements include expertise with general occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene (IH), safety and health risk assessment, ergonomics, chemical hygiene, and general knowledge of other EHS&S disciplines. Tactical- Work directly with Americas EHS&S Manager, site leadership, supervisors and employees to support a site strategy for improving and sustaining health and safety regulatory compliance and risk. - Monitor health and safety regulatory developments to understand applicability, as well as support implementation and compliance assurance processes.- Provide support for effective implementation of health and safety standards and programs at the site level.- Communicate health and safety progress, performance, and key improvement opportunities.- Drive operational accountability and transparency to foster a culture of health and safety risk awareness and control.- Monitor health and safety regulatory developments to understand applicability, as well as support implementation and compliance assurance processes. - Support implementation of a site wide occupational exposure monitoring strategy.- Review and revise existing processes for reviewing new raw materials and formulations to understand and control health and safety risk.- Assist with implementation and utilization of third–party system(s) for managing occupational exposure and risk assessment data (e.g. Cority and ETQ/Reliance).
