The position coordinates the Color Targeting process for multiple brands. This information comes from the CQC team, and from customer data extracted from the ColorNet web server. Thorough understanding of color measurement & spectrophotometry required. The ability to see, understand, and describe the differences in hue, value, & chroma. Shade color formulations and understand the impact of effect pigments on flop & color travel across the viewing geometry so that refinish formulations are optimized based on variation data collected. Make decisions on the quality of a color formulation relative to the market requirements for color match, across multiple market segments. The Color Support must possess the flexibility to changing business requirements, workflows, and scheduling to respond to customer needs and business direction.  - Knowledgeable of the Targeting program and it’s functions. Analyzing data from the application to create formulas to fill color gaps in the system.- Lead Global Color Targeting calls to discuss issues and improvements to the Color Targeting Application.- Maintain list of vehicle parts needed for the Color Targeting program (e.g. Most Wanted).
