Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
The HR Manager will play a pinnacle role as a key HR liaison for the North America Refinish business. Axalta’s North America Refinish business segment is comprised of over 600 commercial-focused professionals including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service & Training, and Field Sales professionals throughout the U.S. & Canada. This role will provide a broad range of strategic HR support in order to achieve the segment’s business objectives, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
